There’s a part of you that has never been broken-

My work begins by listening for that.

Welcome,

I’m Karla Archambeault, L.Ac

I’m so happy you are here.

I invite you to come experience Five Element Acupuncture and hands-on bodywork to support your nervous system, restore balance, and help you feel more at home in yourself.

My approach is rooted in deep listening, attuned presence, and the wisdom of Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements. My patients often describe our work together as grounding, deeply nourishing, and transformative.

Whether you are navigating physical pain, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking to feel more like yourself, I’ll meet you with warmth, depth, and care.

I look forward to working with you.

The Heart of My Practice

I practice Five Element Acupuncture as a whole-person medicine. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work with the deeper patterns that shape how your body responds to stress, and change. My goal is to support your system in finding its natural balance, resilience and vitality again.

People come to me for support with stress, pain, sleep issues, digestive concerns, hormonal shifts, and times of emotional overwhelm. Chinese medicine and acupuncture work by addressing the root imbalances behind these symptoms, rather than just covering them up, and each session is shaped by what you’re experiencing and what your body needs that day.

In my practice I offer Five Element Acupuncture, and Integrative Acupuncture & Bodywork sessions that support your nervous system, ease physical discomfort, and help you adapt to change with ease and grace.

Sessions are gentle, attuned and rooted in listening to the whole person. Together we will work toward restoring balance so your natural vitality and expression can come forward.

This work is for you if you’re seeking care that helps you feel better in your body now, while also supporting lasting change over time.

Healing happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to change.

Acupuncture is well known for relieving pain and physical symptoms.

But did you know that…

  • Acupuncture can calm and regulate the nervous system, allowing you to feel more at ease on a day to day basis

  • Chinese Medicine is strongly rooted in natural rhythms- it can help you to adapt to the seasons and time of year

  • Regular acupuncture care supports emotional well-being and increases resilience

  • Treatments help to restore your natural energy, vitality, and feelings of connectedness

“I believe that acupuncture can not only offer you healing, but help you connect to what is most important to you.”
